Frequently Asked Questions
What is the turnaround on a product? The standard turnaround time is 7 day after receiving the order. Depending on size of order and after all samples are approved. However, we do offer faster shipping for and extra cost please call or email for prices.
Does your company Digitize & Vector images? Yes, we will digitize your image for you at a standard price of $25 first time fee, "prices may vary based on stitch/ size/ design of logo. Vector Images will start at $25 depending on how you will like your image to come out, "price may vary based on color."
What other services does your company do ? Custom Services: Embroidery, Sublimation, Vinyl Press, Vacuum Press & Sealed. Applied Services: Promotional product, Car/Window decals and Interior Vinyl Designs. We also consult with clients for help with logo's, start-up advice etc.
